Mary Beth Huey has been a real estate professional in California for more than 25 years. In the course of her career, she has accumulated a vast storehouse of knowledge and experience with literally thousands of Bay Area homeowners of a range of backgrounds and at different stages in their lives —first-time homeowners, homeowners looking to scale up, retirees and shoes looking to downsize.
After graduating from the University of Santa Clara with a degree in Economics, she started in mortgage lending and gained experience with many types of loan transactions interacting with many different types of lenders —major banks, wholesale lenders, private capital firms— fulfilling specific financial needs with specific loan programs at very competitive rates. In 1994, she obtained her California Real Estate Broker’s license and founded and founded InterBanc Real Estate Services. she has built a productive network of professionals including Realtor, Bankers, Direct Lenders, Trust and Probate attorneys, and Escrow Officers. To better serve her clients, since 2007, she has expanded her services to include representing buyers and sellers as their real estate broker.
